By conducting 35+ in-depth interviews, we provided MinaRosa with a focused understanding of user needs and pain points. Based on these insights, we proposed app features like time controls, distance sensors, and a community forum, ensuring alignment with user requirements and enhancing stakeholder confidence in the product’s direction.
